Welcome to our office!

Our goal is to provide you an exceptional level of care. We believe
that every patient is an individual with unique needs. Each patient is
evaluated completely and an individualized treatment plan is developed.
Treatment is sometimes surgical, but not always.
With friendly experienced staff and a highly-trained physician we are
available to answer any questions or concerns you may have. We will
strive to schedule your new patient appointment same day or next
day if the referring doctor has indicated an urgent need.
To schedule an appointment with Dr. Oishi, your referring doctor’s
office should place the initial call to our office at (254) 772-6760. The
referring doctor’s office will provide the pertinent information to get
the appointment scheduled. Our preregistration department will then
contact you to confirm the appointment time and obtain more information.
If you have had an MRI or other imaging study within the last year,
please inform our preregistration department of the location and
date of the procedure. We may be able to obtain the films, etc. without
your intervention. If we cannot obtain them on our own, you will be
asked to bring a CD to your appointment. Regardless, please bring all
films and records that you feel are pertinent to your condition.
New Patient forms will be mailed to you or they can be downloaded
and printed from our website (www.neurosurgical-assoc.com).
Please complete them prior to your appointment and remember to
bring your insurance card and a picture ID to your appointment.

If you are unable to complete the new patient paperwork prior to
your appointment, please arrive early in order to have all completed
by your appointment time.
