To minimize waiting time, patients are seen by appointment only. We ask that you notify us as soon as you realize that you will be unable to keep a scheduled appointment or if you think you will be late; other patients will be grateful for your thoughtfulness.

We make every attempt to see patients as they are scheduled; however, due to the nature of our specialty, your doctor may suddenly be called to the hospital or be delayed by an emergency. As soon as the information is available to our staff, they will notify you of the anticipated length of delay and offer you the option of waiting or rescheduling for the next available time convenient for you.

Most appointments are scheduled by a referral from your family doctor. In most cases your family doctor will have a history and physical, diagnostic testing and conservative treatment performed prior to the referral. For patients that are a self -referral, it will be necessary that you have diagnostic testing performed prior to scheduling the appointment.

Preliminary information is taken by our receptionist to get your appointment scheduled. Our Pre-registration staff will contact you for all pertinent clinical and financial information.
