For our patients’ convenience we also accept cash, personal checks, debit cards, Mastercard, VISA , Discover and Care Credit.
Patients with no insurance will be required to pay at least ½ of the first office visit at the time of service. A payment plan will be arranged for the balance if necessary.
If surgery is recommended, a patient with no insurance is expected to pay a deposit, of at least ½ of the proposed surgery charges. A payment plan will be arranged for the balance if necessary.
Should you require hospitalization, Providence Health Center is the facility used by our doctor.
